David and Jose, also known as El Maestro, came out to my restaurant late in the evening after we had been dealing with ongoing sewage backups in our restroom. After finally having enough of the issue, I contacted Premier 1 Plumbing and spoke with Devon, who was extremely helpful and scheduled us the very same day. David and Jose arrived within 2–3 hours, quickly located the problem, and explained exactly what was going on. They even scheduled the repair for Sunday night so it wouldn’t interfere with our restaurant’s business hours. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Our old water heater was this giant rusty eyesore taking up too much space and it finally started leaking everywhere last Tuesday. I was totally over having to wait twenty minutes for a warm shower, so I asked about a tankless installation in Burbank to just get rid of the tank entirely. Kevin from Premier 1 was so awesome and showed me exactly how the new unit would mount on the wall to save a ton of space for our vacuum and luggage. He didn't even leave a single copper scrap on the floor and now the hot water literally never runs out no matter how many loads of laundry I do.
